This special two session intermediate level workshop is for students that have taken Pottery Wheel 1 or 2, and have some wheel throwing experience. In this workshop, students will both design, construct, and glaze a multi-unit large scale vase focusing on form and scale. This special pottery wheel workshop is two hours of instruction on back to back days, focusing on throwing larger 2-4 LB pieces of clay on the pottery wheel. Workshop is August 10th and August 11th from 1:00-3:00pm. Lab hours will be offered for glazing once the vases are bisque fired. Classes are taught at my studio in Simpsonville (Whitehall Plantation).

Price includes instruction, tools and materials, clay, glazes, and kiln firing fees. Fees include firing and glazing of the pottery.
