This is an amazing two hour workshop where students will make a set of five custom stamped garden markers, and apply underglaze to the set, same session. The use of textures, stamps, and imprinting on the clay will be addressed in this workshop, as well as glaze color selection and application.
No prior experience is necessary, all levels are welcome. This workshop is for adults and kids over 12 years old.
After pieces are completed, they will need to be dried and fire in the kiln.
**Pick up of completed glazed fired pieces will be ready 2-3 weeks after the workshop.** Price includes instruction, ceramic tools, clay, glazes, and kiln firing fees. Workshops are all small group, maximum 7 participants.
Class are taught in my studio at home Whitehall Plantation in Simpsonville, exact address will be emailed upon enrollment. The instructor, Dianna, is a SC Certified art teacher with twenty years teaching experience.
